이제는 서류 작성과 커버레터 작성에 대해서 말씀드린 후 인적성 시험에 대해서 말씀드리려고 합니다 사실 이부분에 대한 정보도 너무 찾기 힘들었던 경험이 있어서 공유해 드리는 것이 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.

개인 정보가 너무 드러나는 것 같아서 다 지우려고 했는데 그러면 ...............이거 도대체 왜 올렸냐 하실것 같라서 지울것 몇개 지우고 올렸습니다. 이런식으로 쓰면 됩니다. 각자 학교에 경력개발센터가 있을것입니다. 그곳에 첨삭을 요청 드리면 됩니다. ^^
그리고 이것에 기반해서 커버레터를 써야 합니다.

I’m writing to apply the position of 어떤 포지션 at 회사. 이 다음에는 지원동기입니다.(한 3-4줄 정도로 쓰면 됩니다.)
For successful 직무이름, a person who has communication and strategic skill is needed to find new opportunities can maximize revenue. I have skills that 회사 이름 is looking for. (저는 이런식으로 썼습니다. 하지만 좀 더 창의적이고 절실한 이유를 댈 수록 좋을것 같습니다.)
이 다음 단락부터는 이력서에 썼던 프로파일 내용을 씁니다. 2개를 썼으면 2단락 3개를 썼으면 3개를 써야 합니다. 그래서 내가 왜 이런 능력을 가지고 있는지를 잘 설명해야 합니다. 실질적인 경험과 그 다음에 이것을 통해 어떻게 회사에 기여할 수 있는지에 대해서 서술해야 합니다.
I’m sure that I am the right person for the position because I have developed abilities that are needed as a 직무이름 such as communication skill, collaboration skill and strategic skill. I hope I get the chance to contribute to improve clients’ satisfaction and to increase profit by supporting them. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.

저는 이런식으로 썼는데 서류가 통과 되었습니다. 하지만 피앤지에서는 이것만큼 중요한 것이 리즈닝 테스트와 석세스 드라이브 테스트입니다.
이렇게 쓰다 보니 저는 가까스로 통과하게 되었고 인적성을 보러 오라는 전화연락을 받았습니다.
